Brake, Jesse

Mr. Brake is a graduate of Fairfield Christian Academy, class of 2012, and Ohio University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History. His deep roots at FCA span generations: his brothers Jordan and Kolin and sister Katelyn are also alumni, his wife Kelsey and mother Kris teach at the school, and his three children, Katelyn, Julius, and Carolina, currently attend FCA's preschool and daycare programs. Mr. Brake brings a wealth of diverse experience to his classes, having participated in theater from middle school through college, supported the development of youth worship teams across Ohio, and maintained a passion for technology and financial management. He and his family reside in Baltimore, Ohio, and attend Calvary Apostolic Church in Westerville, where he serves as Youth Pastor and a member of the ministry team, alongside his role as a sectional youth director for Central Ohio. Jesse enjoys landscaping, cooking, cheering on Ohio State football, and restoring old tools and furniture. His life verse is Matthew 11:28-29, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls."
