Fisher, Jonie

Señora Fisher is a graduate of Nicholas County High School and Morehead State University in Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish P-12 and a minor in English in 2005, her Masters of Arts in Secondary Education in 2006 and her Masters of Arts in Leadership and Administration in 2007. She moved to Ohio from Kentucky in 2012.  She and her husband Derrick have 4 children and 2 grandchildren; their youngest 2 sons and grandchildren are current students of FCA. The Fishers attend and serve as VBS coordinators, curriculum directors and youth group leaders at Turkey Run Menonite Church in Logan, OH. In her free time, Señora Fisher enjoys reading, traveling and camping with her family. She also enjoys supporting her family and students as they participate in sports, Taekwondo, band or any other venture they are involved in!    Her purpose in life as a foreign language teacher comes from Matthew 28:19-20 " Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age. "
