Mrs. McCarty graduated from Lancaster High School and Ohio University, where she received her Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting Major) degree. Born and raised in Lancaster, she started working at FCA in 2002. She and her husband, Kevin have 2 children who graduated from FCA and they have 3 grandchildren. They attend The Gathering in Fairfield Beach. Mrs. McCarty enjoys gardening, spending time with family and working at FCA to further the Kingdom of Christ. Life verse - Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding."
